  Reason for leaving: Came across a bigger apartment in the same neighborhood.

• Primrose Ave: Approx. 6-7 months

  Reason for leaving: Homeowner failed to advise that the house was for sale and was constantly going in my living space to stage the home for showing.

• Overlook Street: 6 years…and counting!

  Reason for leaving: I absolutely love the homeowner, she’s a sweetheart and I value our friendship so much! I’ve been wanting to relocate to Philly for a long time now - and looks like it’s finally happening!
